8yThanks for the feedback. We are continuously striving to improve, and during times of growth, change can create uncertainty. One key area that we have focused on globally, as well as in our Markham office, is a focus on improving the new employee onboarding experience. In addition, we have brought in additional management talent, who have specific goals to work with the team to improve morale and enable continuous communication, especially on our longer-term vision.
