Company in transition; Great future potential - Anonymous employee Genesys Employee Review

Two years under Alcatel lucent sucked life, structure, resources and leadership away from genesys. Private equity firm restoring independence, but the transition is somewhat chaotic. Leadership is trying to do the right thing, but appears to be afraid to make some of the tough decisions needed to chart a successful course. Communication is lacking, though they are trying. Very challenging for women to get promoted above director in this company.
