      Pros

      Great solution. Good people. I've been at Genesys for 5+ years and there has never been any technical challenge we could not overcome. They are a leader in the market for sure

      Cons

      The numerous acquisitions in the recent past are still not fully integrated into the suite of products. The evolution to Cloud is a struggle because of the multiple platforms and the operational silos that still exist.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
