      Pros

      Work culture, tech stack, decent management. The tech used is almost on par with big tech orgs. Pay hike will be good during promotions. There will be a good learning curve. Decent insurance benefits (could be improved still). Decent remote work culture.

      Cons

      Career growth is bit difficult, with promotions and yearly pay hikes are not as good as other tech companies in their league. Even for lower level engineers the growth chart is bit time consuming. No stock options.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
