      Core voice product implements very well

      Cons

      Digital and AI strategy and products are not competitive, far too much middle management who add no value and recent leadership changes have killed culture without improving results.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
