      good work life balance, helpful seniors and management, pay is fine, flexible in wfh, sufficient leaves, August free Fridays.(only 4day work week in August)

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
