Pros
The team is full of quality people who do good work - good individual career advancement opportunities. The office has a great vibe and everyone is happy to be there, great coffee+snacks help too. Benefits are incredible: 100% healthcare coverage, unlimited PTO (people take about 2 weeks each year with a scattered day or two here and there), WFH, employer 401k match that vests right away.
Cons
There's a lot to be done, some might call it a startup culture - can be overwhelming. As new hires join and new structure is built, it should help with this.
