Genesis (NY) interview questions

1st Hr Resume Phone screen - 2nd Hr Phone Screen - Zoom Meeting with an institutional Trader - Job / Internship Offer. Did not advance past the 1st Stage. Interviewer seemed uninterested on the call. The zoom link did not work. Went through resume and interests in the space. All in all, I thought the interview went good. Received an email the following week that they already chose another candidate for the position. I applied late so that might have been a contributing factor.

HORRIBLE. Got stood up for multiple interviews. They do not care about their employees clearly if they do not care enough to show up to the interviews. Seems like a bad culture.
