Pros
The hours were consistent, the schedule fit nicely with my life. I enjoyed going to work because of those I worked with. Despite the facility we were stationed at wasn't up to par, the people made the stay more homey.
Cons
The conflict between nursing and therapy, whether it be scheduling or medications, what have you. Over the years, with a lot of hard work, it got better, but overall, that was one of the biggest challenges faced.
