Cons
Very unclean environment, supply shortages, hostile management, greedy corporation, management's very careless regard for safety of residents; e.g. residents with same last name usually placed on same unit and same hall, removal of safety (wandering device) when resident is clearly at risk for wandering. Operating with decreased staffing. The list continues. . .
