      Nothing. Company is greedy and cares less

      Cons

      Benefits awful NO pay raises in 5 years. Yes read it. NO pay raises but they expect perfect documentation and for you to work off of the clock which is ILLEGAL but if you don’t you’ll probably get written up for lack of productivity
