Complete disconnect with corporate. Being forced to do group or concurrent treatment when not appropriate. High productivity standards. Only being recognized for doing things poorly. No raises ever. Expected to travel to numerous buildings in the area. Would not recommend working for them to anybody, unless you have it written that you wouldn't have to travel and if you had a good facility staff.
