Good management overall, good treatment for the most part
Cons
loyal employee are taken advantage of. New hires seem to get better salaries. NO PAY RAISES in 2013 Across the board. Health care will go up once again, so it will be a net decrease in pay. Vacation time was reduced as well. I am sure executives will be excluded from the no pay raises policy since they got more than an 8% increase in 2012 while the rank and file got about 3%
