Pros
Prior to GDLS buying it wasn't a terrible place to work but once they took over I feel like everything went to crap including Employee moral. After taking over all I can say is they pay good and supply good health benefits.
Cons
They let the good people go that actually do the work and keep the ones that don't get the job done. It really feels like they throw a hat in the center and choose a number and that is who they get rid of. That is sad when you do so much and then they say your gone.
