    Interview

Internal interview. Only one round, unlike my initial hire, which had two. Panel of four. Asked four of the typical behavioral questions, plus some other questions. They look for Situation, Action, Result - the sheets they fill in have those boxes specifically. It helps if you say the part you are speaking to when you give your answer. Was over an hour in length.
