      * Want whats good and best practice * Great team * Technical expertise great * Good governance and process mentatlity

      Cons

      * Although best practice was implemented, no desire to build on this and continually improve * Would only promote by nepatism * Programme Managers were military and could not adapt to civilian ways of working and manner - from the 'just do it' camp with no collaboration. Programme Managers dont understand how the civilain working world has changed and they have to adapt. They seem to be Programme Managers with no PM experience - just there to shout and not add anything productive.

      Both pay and benefits were good.

      Cons

      Both Management and the Union need to be overhauled. Union has too many dead beets working there and too many stupid rules to boot. Kinda like a Good ol' boys theme. Management is clueless, they like to fly by the seat of their pants. When things go wrong ( and that's usually always) they are quick to put the blame on the Employee. A lot of cut throats there, you have to watch your back constantly. Stay away if possible!!!
