      Location, pay, technology, travel, money. Place is ok. People are ok. Work is ok. No room for growth. Don't expect much.

      No room for growth. Don't bother. They lie to you. Layoffs are coming. Management is good old boy system.

      good work life balance, top level of management are engineers who care about the product, 9/80 is nice

      Cons

      slow pace, slow salary growth, your experience really depends on mid level management and you can easily fall through the cracks
