      Being in an aerospace industry that leads the industry is truly amazing, being a able to work on things that are keeping America safe.

      good work life balance, top level of management are engineers who care about the product, 9/80 is nice

      Cons

      slow pace, slow salary growth, your experience really depends on mid level management and you can easily fall through the cracks
