Dear colleague, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn about that your employee experience at Genedata did not match your expectations. We care about our employees and we regret, if a colleague decides to pursue other career opportunities outside of Genedata, as we are interested in a sustainable working relationship. Genedata, as an international company, headquartered in Switzerland, invests a lot of effort and time to onboard new colleagues like you with a detailed onboarding plan, followed by training on the job. This close support might be perceived as a form of micromanagement at the beginning of an employment relationship. Due to the complexity and high standards of our products each associate is experiencing a steep learning curve and is provided the opportunity to develop himself/herself on the job.
