Pros

Well organised scheduling system where you mark specifically when you're not available and they normally call you if the job occurs in a couple of hours. Staff are always friendly, professional and easy to talk to. There's set procedures for customer not home, warranty work and weekend rates that compensate for edge cases or when things go awry.

Cons

The pay is way to low to live off, once you factor in fuel, rego, liability insurance and time you'll end up only servicing an area within 15 minutes of your home max. They expect you to do phone support for free if customers ring back regarding a previous job Lately the booking staff have been failing to put details on job tickets like details of the job, incorrect addresses. When contacted to book a job outside your service area, they don't mention that it's outside your service area to try to sneak it by you. When you ask for a call out fee they look for another tech. When customers pay in cash, instead of letting your keep the cash and deducting it from your payslip, they make you deposit the money into the bank and transfer it. Which means you have to expend extra fuel, time and money. Driving, parking, waiting in line at a bank like an old fogey to deposit cash to simply get paid the same amount. There needs to be an extra fee for cash payments.

Pros

- Work from home? - Pay is slightly above average.

Cons

- understaffed so you get bombarded by calls 24/7 - awful customers as the service sucks - management is probably the worst I have ever experienced at any job ever - 3/4 of the employees are incompetent with no accountability - they force you to take your breaks at specific times and if you don't go at that exact time they will make you feel awful and like you have killed someone. - lots and lots of favouritism of staff. - Rostering is terrible - The cons are honestly endless, I would not ever bother working here - They will allow you to do some work in a different area to give you some hope you might be able to move up in the company and then they will give it to someone else who has no experience.
