      Pros

      I got to work on helicopters. Lab technicians were great guys to work with. Take every other Friday off by working an extra half hour each day.

      Cons

      Supervising engineer had just got her professional certification and didn't have enough experience to be in the position she was. Supervisor thought she was better than everyone else, even though they had 20+ years experience over her. I was hired as a cash grab so they could charge me out at a high rate, but didn't actually have any work for me to do. I ended up just sitting around trying to look busy.

      Pros

      Welcoming team and environment. Great onboarding process and lots of opportunities to learn about different departments and develop your skills. Very knowledgeable seniors.

      Cons

      Occasional management issues that led to delayed projects and overwork.

      Pros

      Small/medium size makes the environment more friendly and personal. Products and very unique and have cool applications.

      Cons

      Being a small/medium company, we do not seem to offer competitive wages. Competition among peers is weak.
