Pros

Good school Good clients Best practices

Cons

Political games. Fake ''meritocratic'' mindset. Not grateful for performing AEs. Context: I was an overperformer (700% of my targets( yes 7x) and they wouldn't give me larger accounts because I was younger & different. Once they finally did, I overperformed immensely (even got rewards for my results), but they had the audacity to offer me a 10% increase on a 8% inflation year (covid) when I knew for a fact that they offered more to least performing colleagues. Slap in the face. Another huge deal that i worked 18months on, they gave large majority of the credit to a random AE in the US because my client relocated there. 30k commissions. To add on the disrespect, when I kindly gave my resignation, they delayed the payment of a deal I signed 3months before leaving and ended not paying me on it. It took me a year to sign it. 20k $ commission. When I appealed , everybody in the company shut me down like I never worked there.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
