Good benefits, sales focused organization, work/life balance
Cons
under market compensation (accelerators are good, but not as many people are making their #s as you'd think - maybe 35%?) They like to hire young people (mid-30s and younger) for sales, and they'll tell you that, too. The result is a very eager sales force that isn't taken seriously by CxO executives. The 'rah rah' part of the job tends to be a little JV..... Over confidence in some product sets. Clients pay a premium for the services and don't always get the corresponding value.
