Gartner has a very collaborative nature which filters throughout the business. Colleagues are always happy to help and management are always approachable and have an open door policy. The environment is a very busy and fast paced, which creates a very buzzy working atmosphere. The training given is top quality and the business are always working to develop each and every member of staff, which really makes you feel valued as an employee.
Cons
There are a lot of meetings and catch up sessions. There meetings for department, team and 1-to-1 catch up sessions with management. Although this is brilliant with organisation and development, It can often impact your working day in the sense you have to cram more work in to a shorter period of time.
