Pros
The benefits package was really good. Being able to be fully remote was also a nice perk, as they were then flexible with appointments, child illness, etc as long as you did your hours.
Cons
Near the end of my employment, things were changing rapidly for everyone. Processes were changing without thorough planning, new responsibilities were added to employees without proper training, and it was all given to us as 'the climate is changing so we need to change with it' but we were given very minimal direction and it was frustrating to work blind.
