Pros

Gartner prides themselves on a driven, collaborative, professional, and fun corporate culture. Management knows how to motivate and encourage their team to produce results without creating a stressful environment. The benefits are among the best (20 PTO days in the first year), and they are invested in each employee. Gartner is a growing company with a bright future in IT-- the opportunities to expand your career and grow with Gartner are seemingly endless. Your creativity will be encouraged, hard work rewarded, professional skills expanded, and growth opportunities realized.

Cons

Fort Myers is not the most exciting city to have as the headquarters.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
