Solid Brand Gives you great exposure to C level of your accounts Good work life balance - If you're not getting your job done between 9-5 with an hour for lunch i'd be shocked. Good base salary - Guaranteed comms for first 3 months
Cons
Global corporate strategy is to increase head count of sales significantly over the next few years. Locally this equates to not enough accounts and opportunity for individual reps and getting worse by the year. Extremely territory dependent on success. Corporate struggling so would avoid and be wary of public sector territory also. Exchange rate has increased targets.
