      Pros

      It's hard to find any pros. The only one I can think of is UKG system.

      Cons

      Nine hours a week. $10.50 an hour, with all the responsibilities you can think of. Merchant, unrealistic expectations, customer handling, back of house handling, in stock, fitting room full service, cleaning. While leaders get bonuses, they give us titles to be able to "give us more hours"

      Really good management. Very flexible with unexpected life events. Deally good discounts

      Pros

      Good gig as a student. Good team culture, flexible manager with schedules especially around exams, coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be available both days of the weekend. Way too much of a push for credit cards towards people who've already expressed they don't want one.
