      Balanced living, no overtime. I generally like my peers, we watch out for each other and show up for each other.

      Cons

      The unofficial motto in our store is 'do more with less.' We are constantly working with less payroll then we should to offer the kind of customer service they would like us to provide for our customers.

      Generous PTO, monthly bonus for management, 401k and stock options, socially conscious brand, focus on diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      Very low pay, Micromanagement by upper management, lack of available hours to adequately staff the sales floor, too many tasks and too little time allotted, no opportunity for advancement
