      * Fun culture * Products are accessbile - just go to the mall * Lots of vacation - 4 weeks to start (although now there is required PTO during the year) * Good work life balance in some areas * Big company, so lots of jobs posted at HQ * Good healthcare benefits * Casual atomosphere * Bonuses even in bad years

      Cons

      * No money for training, conferences, etc. * New hires making much more than loyal employees * Sometimes required to take PTO to help make numbers * No longer the home of the brightest and the best * Not results oriented, little accountability

      Hourly rate is decent and pays weekly

      Managers think they are above everyone even when they have as much potential as a goldfish in life. We are pushed to get customers to sign up for a store credit card which is one of the worst credit cards I’ve seen. Your worth at this company is dependent on how many credit cards you can get which is so dehumanizing. Horrible culture and company to work for.
