      Great work-life balance, flexible hours, good benefits.

      Cons

      Hard to move up and grow professionally. Gap kept hiring more VPs/Directors/etc instead of promoting from within, creating more and more layers of approvals.

      Generous PTO, monthly bonus for management, 401k and stock options, socially conscious brand, focus on diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      Very low pay, Micromanagement by upper management, lack of available hours to adequately staff the sales floor, too many tasks and too little time allotted, no opportunity for advancement
