      Discount is at 50%, Good brand with great global recognition; in the same company as Banana Republic and Old Navy.

      Poor management skills by the store management team; sways you into thinking there is an opportunity to grow without that likelihood at all.

      Good gig as a student. Good team culture, flexible manager with schedules especially around exams, coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be available both days of the weekend. Way too much of a push for credit cards towards people who've already expressed they don't want one.
