Awesome benefits, generous discount, great co-workers and good training
Cons
Salary guidelines are now terrible and not very competitive. They expect perfection at all times in all areas but do not give any payroll to complete the tasks they want done. They say "Run it like you own it" but they micromanage every little aspect. Upper management always plays favorites and tells other stores they are not a priority.
