      Some of the co-workers are nice

      Cons

      This company doesn’t care. They don’t care about their employees on any level. They only care about making their gapcard and email goal. Managers and above get bonuses for this so will run ou ragged to get the results. They lie about pay rate and pay almost everybody a different rate.

      Pros

      Generous PTO, monthly bonus for management, 401k and stock options, socially conscious brand, focus on diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      Very low pay, Micromanagement by upper management, lack of available hours to adequately staff the sales floor, too many tasks and too little time allotted, no opportunity for advancement
