      Team worked from home on Fridays

      Cons

      Slow and very political. New management came in and a majority of smart driven individuals abruptly left the team. LT is very impersonal and rarely around in their own corner.

      Generous PTO, monthly bonus for management, 401k and stock options, socially conscious brand, focus on diversity and inclusion

      Very low pay, Micromanagement by upper management, lack of available hours to adequately staff the sales floor, too many tasks and too little time allotted, no opportunity for advancement
