Pros
Nice managers, lenient with your schedule/ time off requests, laid back environment, your job duties are known and you're never just standing around if you're doing your job. Lots of community outreach.
Cons
Lots of pressure to sign people up for credit cards, hours fluctuate, dress code is somewhat strict no labels (not even GAP, at least 3 layers on top, jeans have to be gap, no short skirts or shorts, no tennis shoes unless they're name brand, sandals have to have back straps. Markdowns and promos are difficult if you're stuck without an LRT.
