      Pros

      I really enjoyed my co-workers and the management was really good about giving time off when it was needed.

      Cons

      You are never going to make a ton of money being a sales associate. They give very small raises. They have big sales all the time now so the discount isn't much better than the general pubic gets.

      Very low pay, Micromanagement by upper management, lack of available hours to adequately staff the sales floor, too many tasks and too little time allotted, no opportunity for advancement
