Pros

The only positives that I can give for this job are the fact that it's remote, and that it's extremely easy.

Cons

No training, very limited hours, constantly paid weeks late (sometimes a month or longer), practically zero communication about anything internally, executive team members lying to both contractors and even the company's userbase or withholding information, no company interaction. If you are a contractor, you will not be listened to, your opinion does not matter, and the management simply will not care about you.

- Mix of European and American culture with good vacation package and perks - Constant care about customers and building up the product - Executive team always involved at any level of the company - Lot of self initiative
