Interview
The interview process was a couple rounds of interviews and then a project. I felt very comfortable in my interviews and the Gamercraft team did a great job in making it feel more of a conversation than an interrogation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gamercraft (Spokane, WA) in Nov 2020
Interview
I reached the final stage of the interview process. I had a first call, then a take-home design challenge, a cultural interview, and a final technical review call with their tech team. All of this happened in about 2 weeks, since they wanted to move fast which was pretty nice. Good process for a small team.
After not getting an offer, I received a personal, non-generic note from one of the founders explaining their decision and some feedback.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gamercraft in May 2020
Interview
The interview process was amazing and thorough. You get a real sense for the culture and vision of the company. The CEO is very nice and they are positioned to do big things. The experience was mostly positive except for a lack of communication. Due to a lack of HR, (it is a startup...) responses were always a week later than expected. During the final stages, they said they would reach out to me and they never did. Other than that, I would say it went very well and I hope to see great things from them in the future.
