Pros
Depending of studio and the country but in general terms the artists don't have too much pressure, and the work environment is quite good. The colleagues use to be nice people. Some projects are very interesting.
Cons
Developers and producers do a lot of overtime The salaries, compare to the industry salary average, is not high. In some studios due their location the salaries compare to the national salary average is considered high, but in others the salary is not bad but also not good.
