Pros

You are surrounded by smart, capable young professionals who clearly want to make a mark. The ideals that the company is based on is great and theory and the work-life balance is relatively good.

Cons

Company is under the delusion that they practice what they preach. You would expect that from a place that puts an emphasis behind "it's the manager" they would have better managers. Sadly, not the case. Job reels you in to make you feel like a part of something bigger, something important, as if the Clifton Strengths are going to end wars and solve world hunger. Ultimately, it is a facade to hide the fake corporate presence that is very evident, and no, the paycheck certainly doesn't match.

Pros

1. Genuine intellectual autonomy with real institutional backing behind you 2, A research heritage spanning nearly a century that raises the bar on everything you produce. I've worked with Nobel Laureates and many other top minds. 3. The nicest smart people I've encountered anywhere, drawn from all over the world; and that's held true across nearly 30 years 4. Treated like a responsible adult from day one; lots of autonomy and a remarkable breadth of data and research to work with 5. A place where your individuality is an asset, not something to sand down

Cons

1. If you are a person who needs someone else to structure your day and hand you a to-do list, you may struggle; the autonomy is real, and so are the expectations that come with it 2. The pace and intellectual standards can be demanding; this is not a coast-and-collect-a-paycheck environment

Pros

Great clients, great colleagues, great brand, impactful data and IP, improving technology, and a strengths-based, engagement-focused culture that allows you to thrive. Plus, the ability to buy stock that has historically increased faster than the market.

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment.
