Pros

Excellent and clear path for young professionals, especially right out of college. Early exposure to clients and opportunities for commercial leadership. Specific valuable account/project/knowledge/client management experience that positions you well for future work. Very good pay for top performers, especially given the work/life balance and flexibility. Ideal good work/life balance. Dynamic and trusting work environment.Flexibility and comfort at the office and with managers. Open and fairly ego-less senior management. Top performers and self starters are very well positioned for growth, and the company naturally needs to retain talent. Learning based environment that's open to opinions and suggestions. Top tier facilities. Wide geographic footprint and flexible management makes choosing a city to live in fairly easy. Clear growth trajectories and solid outlook for the company's core businesses.

Cons

It's an information services company so there can be a lot of talking and time-suck meetings with buzz words. Can be difficult for newly hired mid-level managers from outside to find their way in the system given the unique work. Company is very much geared toward younger professionals and opportunities are much easier to attain for individuals who went through the senior associate program. Has some fat in the middle from earlier years of less rigorous hiring standards.

Pros

Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

Cons

Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

Pros

Good colleagues, arguably a good job post college (for like a year MAX)

Cons

I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is. Spent 5 years there, and watched it go further downhill every year. You leave with only soft skills (if that), and 0 actual industry knowledge. Seriously, you leave only knowing a bunch of Hocus Pocus. I am really surprised this company hasn't been bought yet. Or merged. On my team alone, we lost 7 out of our 9 managers since January... either due to layoffs or them quitting. Pay is low. There are no bonuses and it's very difficult to get a raise. 90k in NYC is poverty. There are bright people that come in with Masters, and PhDs, and MBAs -- handing them 90k is insulting.
