      Great peers but toxic management and endless demands

      Pros

      People at the peer level are great and you learn about some interesting industries

      Cons

      This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management does not care about you. They put on a front, but push and push and ask for more no matter how hard you work. You can be a top performer, but if you leave on time to go home they're not happy. It's never enough and the work never ends. It's just not worth it.

      Great colleagues but facing layoffs and low pay

      Great people to work with and be in the office with and usually pretty flexible about in office time

      Cons

      Constant lay offs, no transparency, over worked and under payed, you will only get promoted/raise if you get excelling or better on yearly performance reviews and they limit how often this can be given and will force this to be changed to meeting expectations even if managers believe it should be higher
