Pros
Exposure to incredibly smart individuals through expert network.
Cons
Bottom line, if you are an intelligent, self-starter who wants an autonomous role with the ability to grow and compensation to match your efforts, this place is not for you. Truly one of the most oppressive, bureaucratic cultures I’ve ever been a part of with absolutely no feedback channels or room for growth. - Micromanaged within an inch of your life - Incredibly low pay - far below market standards - Toxic “good vibes” culture of folks worked to the bone - Absolutely no room for growth other than time in seat - No feedback taken seriously by leadership - Boys club of politicking at leadership level - Not a place for anyone who critically thinks or wants to push the status quo - Several “restructurings” with little to NO severance - Inapplicable titles making next job search tough
