Pros
GLG is a great place to start and grow your career! Within 5 years I went from Associate to leading a team of 20+ employees. I have learned invaluable lessons about business and professional development by way of the projects, opportunities, and colleagues I've worked with along the way.
Cons
GLG wants to maintain two identities: part start-up, part global company. This creates siloed teams/BUs and confusion around company culture. More investment in internal communications infrastructure and equipping managers with skills to navigate change effectively will help with this.
