Pros
- The people I worked with are very kind and funny. I find myself laughing a lot during the day
Cons
Seems like things are going downhill. Already 2 restructures this year. People move around teams every few months. It feels very unstable. Pay is really low, no bonuses and hard to even get a cost of living pay. Career mobility is really non existent - after you become a manager, there is really not a huge growth opportunity unless you go horizontal or become a VP (which does not sound fun). Many, many people are unhappy here.
