Pros

If you are unemployed and have no other options then sure take the job. They do pay for coffee so that is nice and the location is pretty nice as well.

Cons

unreasonable deadlines, low pay. They have a very odd pay structure where by you have to complete certain tasks to get your basic pay. So, you are constantly looking at your work queue just to be sure you get your basic salary. They hire and fire very easily.

Pros

GL Solutions has earned our trust through consistent delivery and a genuine understanding of what our organization needs to succeed. I value their technical competence, the stability of their platform, and the fact that their team takes ownership when things get difficult. In a space where implementation challenges are common, having a partner that leans in rather than deflects makes a significant difference.

Cons

Training and onboarding for end users could be more robust and standardized. As we bring new staff into the system, the learning curve is steeper than it needs to be. Investing in better guided learning tools, video resources, and structured onboarding paths would reduce friction and improve adoption across our organization.

Pros

What I valued most about working at GL Solutions was the people and the shared sense of purpose. I worked alongside smart, committed teammates who genuinely cared about each other and the work we were doing. There was a real emphasis on trust, ownership, and contributing to something meaningful—helping public agencies operate better—which made the work feel worthwhile and personal.

Cons

I think there were opportunities to improve clarity and consistency in communication, especially during periods of change. More proactive sharing of context behind decisions and clearer alignment across teams could have reduced uncertainty and helped people feel more informed, supported, and connected to the broader vision
