Salary is great for the area, culture is spot on for what I'm looking for, one that values hard work, dedication and teamwork. Managers care about their staff and treat them with respect.

Cons

Sometimes the work is pretty intense. I'm not sure how to suggest an improvement other than maybe shift work or something like that

I worked alongside smart, committed teammates who genuinely cared about each other and the work we were doing. There was a real emphasis on trust, ownership, and contributing to something meaningful—helping public agencies operate better—which made the work feel worthwhile and personal.

Cons

I think there were opportunities to improve clarity and consistency in communication, especially during periods of change. More proactive sharing of context behind decisions and clearer alignment across teams could have reduced uncertainty and helped people feel more informed, supported, and connected to the broader vision
