GEA Group Response
8yThank you for your review. We are glad to hear you value GEA as an employer. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with supervisors at GEA. We are also sorry that you feel there is no opportunity for advancement. Based on employee skills and qualifications, we try to promote when necessary. We also encourage employees to look at job opportunities in Workday and apply for positions that they feel they would be a good fit for. We also run reports every month to ensure female progression within the company. We have found that we always meet our expectations of male to female ratios. Thank you again for the review. We hope you have a more positive experience with GEA in the future.
