      There is none only a wage at the end of the month

      Cons

      Bonuses received are generally clawed back as errors on their part. They keep moving the goalposts for bonuses so unachievable. Staff morale at lowest Expect you to do a job but don’t give time to get job done Give feedback on jobs but you can’t check the job to see where you went wrong
